Law of Attraction

"Some people could say that I help them enter into a state of abundance, but it's a really broad topic. This video is about the concept of attraction. So, attraction, or as people commonly refer to it as the law of attraction, has been made famous through a video or a book by a lady named Rhonda Byrne, called The Secrets. The Secrets came out about 10 years ago or so. The Secrets explained about the concept of the law of attraction, and really contributed to the global consciousness, so to speak, of humanity in as much that a person could have a misfortune happen to them. Instead of blaming other people, or at least only blaming other people, that person could say something like, "How did I attract this into my life?" This general knowledge of this concept of attraction has really been of massive benefits to humanity, because people have an understanding of laws that are not manmade, natural laws.
Another example of a law would possibly be the law of gravity, whether a good person or a bad person falls of a building and falls to their death, no one says to them they had it coming, or that they had sort of bad karma. This person fell off a building. It doesn't matter if they're a good person or a bad person, they fall to their death and people just understand that that's just the law. There's nothing personal about it.
Now, it's not really a law. Attraction is not a law because if it were a law, then it would work the exact same for everyone, just like gravity. Good person, bad person, you fall off a high building, and then you fall because the laws are at play. The exact same thing happens with universal laws.
There are essentially seven universal laws called hermetic laws that govern everything, and attraction is not a law. Attraction is a force or a phenomenon that occurs within other laws.
Attraction happens in two laws. The law of polarity, which deals in positives and negatives, and with the law of vibration. So, with polarity, the way that we understand the attraction that's in polarity is magnetic attraction. So, if you were to take one magnet and another magnet and hold them together without letting them touch, you can feel that there's a force. You can feel them sort of wanting to come together. So, that force is called attraction.
The other type of attraction that occurs is when a person raises their vibration. When a person raises their vibration, then two high vibration articles or individuals, they gravitate towards each other. That gravitation towards each other is another example of attraction. It's not the same attraction as positive and negatives, to use this language, it's like positive and positives gravitating towards each other, and that's what we as human beings are going for. That's the attraction that we want in life. It is that we want to raise our own vibration. We want to raise our vibrations so that we start gravitating towards people and circumstances that are in alignment with that high vibration.
So, every single thing that exists that we can see is made up of one particle that you can say exists within everything. You can say that about many things. You can say that molecules exist in everything, but the one thing that is the same thing in everything, because the molecules are different, is the atom. The atom is made up of a proton in the middle with an electron spinning around it. For the language of laws, the proton is female, because it's not active, it remains where it is, and the electron spins around it, which is an active principle, and so that's the male part. Female is passive, and creative, there's all these different attributes, and the male is the active and consistent.
So, you've got this male and female thing happening all the time. Now, if you were to take an atom, which is microscopic, if you were to take an atom and blow it up til it was the size of a tennis ball, and you were to put it on the ground, you would hear this thing rattling on the ground. Now, that rattling is a vibration. Anything that vibrates, that's the frequencies of that, so to speak, that frequency is called a vibration, and you measure vibrancy in frequency.
So, essentially, when you are feeling "low," that would be when the frequency at which your own body is vibrating, is vibrating at a lower frequency. When you feel great and on a high, that's when your body, the atoms that make up your body, your massive energy, that's when they are vibrating at a higher frequency.
So, imagine that you got into a car, and when you turn on the car and it starts to hum at that consistent humming where you know that everything's okay, that humming, that consistent humming that we hear and feel is in fact a vibration of the engine. If you were to put your foot on the accelerator, on the gas, and listen to the rev count going up, so from an "ah," to an "aah," and you were to hold it there, then that higher rev count, that higher "aah," would be a higher vibration. A higher frequency of vibration.
Now, we can do exactly that. In fact, what I do as a coach is that I help people raise their vibrations into what's called the next bandwidth of frequency, because unlike a radio, a radio only has one frequency, and if you're not on that exact frequency, you won't hear the content of the radio station, human beings don't have a single frequency. Human beings have got a bracket of frequencies known as a bandwidth, and you can be low or high, but it's low or high within your frequency, and I help people go to the next one, and then the next one is called a breakthrough, and the next bandwidth of frequency, the next life level, there's all different life experiences.
You can raise your vibrational frequency by doing three things.
...number one, diet. If you eat high vibration food, and high vibration food means nothing that needed to be killed, and nothing that's unnatural. So caffeine, while it has a high, there's also a crash. Meat, while it tastes good, it's a very low vibration because of the blood and the flesh. You can do a bit of research of all foods that lower your vibration. So, by eating only high vibration foods, you will from a diet point of view, raise your vibration. Think of if your car is designed for diesel and you go to the petrol station and accidentally put in petrol, the cringe that you get, that would be the cringe you should get from putting low vibration food into your body.
The second thing is endorphins. So, if you exert your body physically to the point that you're sweating, really sweating, your brain will reward you with endorphins and you will raise your vibration because it feels so good.
The third thing is momentum. If you make a to do list of the things that you need to do in your life on a weekly basis and you just tick off even if it's one thing a day, and at the end of that week you look at your list with ticks through all your to dos, all your tasks and your goals, you will feel a real good sense of yourself because of that momentum, and that will raise your vibration.
So, by eating high vibration foods, by doing exercise and getting endorphins into your brain, and by creating momentum in your life by working with a to do list, very simple, these three things alone you will begin to feel really good about yourself regardless of what's going on in your life and you will start to attract wonderful experiences into your life.
